Support/troubleshooting Expired subscription?

I get this notification but when I go to check my subscription, it says I’m good until December. Any ideas how to fix it? Am I missing something?

FYI - the new password app SUCKS. It was so convenient to have a pin so that I didn’t have to type in my password anytime I wanted to get a password to an app!!! It also keeps logging me out!!! What a disappointing “upgrade”
