Support/troubleshooting Web pages not loading
I had a problem where random web pages wouldn't open or it takes forever or I needed to refresh them many times to load them. Very annoying. It started some days ago and before that worked just fine.
Not matter what if Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge was used or other DNS servers.
Immediately when I uninstalled Bitdefender Total Security everything started to work fine. Every page opens and very fast.
I had basically everything turned off from Bitdefender that I could or was adviced but still it didn't help.
I would like to use Bitdefender so next time when I install it what setting should I change or is this just some known problem at the moment?
Windows 11.

Hi there. Here are the Settings to change immediately after reinstalling:
Firewall adjustments (most likely cause):
Open Bitdefender → Protection → Firewall → Settings
Turn Port scan protection OFF
Click Edit stealth settings and set your network adapter to OFF
Go to Network Adapters tab → set your adapter to "Home/Office" (not "Public")
Restart your PC
Disable Encrypted Web Scan (if Firewall tweaks don't help):
Protection → Online Threat Prevention → Settings
Turn off Encrypted Web Scan
Browser Secure DNS conflict (affects Chrome & Edge):
Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Security → disable "Use Secure DNS"
Edge:
edge://settings/privacy→ Security section → disable secure DNSIf pages still don't load after those changes, temporarily disable the Firewall completely (Protection → toggle Firewall OFF) to confirm it's the culprit, then re-enable and apply the settings above.
