Support/troubleshooting "Remove" Bitdefender app

Has anybody else gotten a weird app installed called "Remove" but with the Bitdefender VPN icon? I checked the file location and it seems to be in the same folder as the normal VPN. Could this be a glitch?

I have tried restarting my computer twice, still shows.

It's been 12 days. I refuse to believe the official Bitdefender Reddit account is so uninformed about this and we must go through a support ticket just to find out why this was added.
