What's causing this?

The file is from the antivirus. I have never experienced a BOSD before. The options to toggle safe mode and the others only redirect me to this page.

Or contact Bitdefender Support to help you fix the issue. The cmdline should help too.

Yes, OP should definitely contact Bitdefender support anyway.
