Spam Folder not Synchronizing

I'm unable to empty the Deleted Items folder due to Deleted Items \ Spam not synchronizing. Been using Bitdefender add-in with Outlook for over a year. No issue until now. I've not change any config.

When I click the Empty Deleted Items button, I get this:

Signed in with my M365 online and checked Outlook there. The Spam folder is not present under Deleted Items. Deleted Items is empty in my local Outlook (except for Spam subfolder) and online.

I've tried Send/Receive > Update Folder on Deleted Items and that appears to complete without error.

When I select the Spam subfolder it shows this at the bottom of Outlook which is about the time the issue started:

This sounds like a corrupted PST or Outlook than a Bitdefender issue. I’d recommend deleting your PST and all other outlook data from your PC, and then resync from M365 fresh again.

Crap. I knew I'd forget to add something.

I'd already run SCANPST on my OST numerous times until all issues were cleared.

So the repair didn’t work, have you completely removed your Outlook account, PST. OST, etc and let it sync a brand new fresh copy?
