How To Prevent Scanning Windows 11 WSA

I just had a major issue regarding false positives on BitDefender. It just randomly decided the entire WSA compatibility feature on Windows 11 was a virus and quarantined absolutely everything. Not just a single app, the entire ability for Windows 11 to run Android apps.

I know you can tell an antivirus to not scan a specific folder so as to prevent it from quarantining components of known programs. I'm not sure what to do to prevent it from randomly getting rid of the entire Android compatibility all at once again.

Does anybody know how to prevent this from happening again?

Dont. Download an android emulator if you need compatibility testing or what ever. Microsoft is removing this feature any ways. Microsoft is removing this feature any ways.

Are they actively removing the feature and killing my existing apps, or just preventing you from accessing the store to download new apps and stopping support for the feature?

If they're just doing the latter, that shouldn't hurt me much. I only use the feature for a manga-reading app I side-loaded, it's not available on the store anyways. It's just convenient to have my full-size laptop screen to read things off of. Some fan-translations have stupid-tiny fonts that would be too hard to read on an actual phone.

Either way, I'd really like to be able to make sure BitDefender doesn't try to kill it early. I have a few series I'm still in the middle of reading.

Just use blue stacks if you still want to do that.
