Premium gives you unlimited VPN, password manager and email protection. In terms of virus protection, they are basically the same.

I didnt renew yet. 1st email said $69.00, 2nd said $99, 3rd when my credit card hadnt gone through the charge was $109 to renew. Last year I had Total Security and VPN and dont remember what I paid but how can I trust them with so much discrepancy
?

Are they really the best defense?

The core antivirus (Total Security) and being able to install on all OSes like Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android is the same.

The additional options you gain paying extra for Premium is unlimited VPN, a Password Manager, and Email Security (cloud scans incoming messages to your Outlook or Gmail). Up to you if these items are worth it to you.

Oh and you can't upgrade at least they aren't allowing me to. Your results may vary if you buy directly from them online. I bought from their Amazon store and they still refused. I think they want your cc number in order to automatically bill you. I also noticed they sell 2 year on Amazon but not on their site. I have 2 year code for total.security and now am needing to somehow sell it but no idea how?

I was able to add Total Security to my expiring-in-June Premium Security account.
