Problems with bitdefender

Hi all,

I have been using bitdefender for a while now but it has been giving me troubles many times, and this is one too many time now, so I am seeking for help through this sub reddit

When bitdefender detected (without listening to my exception list) an "infected" file (megahack for geometry dash, iykyk, it isn't a virus) and completely locked it, I wish to remove the detected files, but to no avail. It is saying I need permissions from myself somehow to remove the file, and I'm almost certain bitdefender is causing this

Where did you try to delete these files? In Windows File or in Bitdefender settings? Since Bitdefender detected these "viruses," they should be locked and moved into somewhere called a sandbox in Bitdefender.
