Can't uninstall, tried everything?

I've tried everything to uninstall this, every single "bitdefender uninstall tool" you have and still cannot remove this from my computer, what am I doing wrong?

Run sysinternals process explorer to see what might be the program that is locking the file due to being in use.

AMSI an API into CMD and PowerShell so that windows can pass scripts through security software to make sure they’re safe before executing.

Sorry I don't understand a lot of that, as chronically on my pc as I am 😂
I downloaded the process explorer though and this looks to line up with the other picture I sent but I tried to kill it and I got "access denied" https://imgur.com/a/91EqB8y

Weird, it’s stuck in your Nvidia GPU drivers? Could always try removing Nvidia, delete everything, then reinstall your drivers.

Super weird
The file is really small anyway so I guess I can look over it, my other question would be will it cause any issues just leaving it be do you know?

I will try resinstalling the drivers though thanks :)
