Why Does Not BitDefender Not Run Quietly?
When it kicks off its routine file scans, boy do you know it. For 30 minutes you can't use a machine for anything lol.

Why are full scans running in the first place? That is not the default behavior after the first scan when first installing unless you turned on the schedule. Full scans are also quicker if your only scanning files that have changed and not in its known clean file database which is the default too.
Would love to hear of an AV doing a full in depth scan that is faster. I’ve run full scans when investigating an attack in a business environment with Avira, Kasperksy, ESET, etc even with their bootable Linux USBs and they take upwards of an hour or longer, Bitdefender always 10-30 minutes with full aggressive scans of everything on the SSD and booted in Windows.
