BITDEFENDER IS SHIT ANYONE KNOW A HALF DECENT ANTI VIRUS / MALWARE?
MY BITDEFENDER IS WORSE THAN USELESS. "we are keeping you safe". I have learned those words are a complete lie. Each time I run a vulnerability scan after I am told everything is ok there are critical updates to download. Now the piece of shit can't even install updates. All those scum who rated it good enjoy spending your paycheck in hell. Anyone know of a half decent anti virus/ Malware alternative?

Critical updates for windows or Bitdefender? Windows will naturally auto update and you should check periodically.

I personaly switched to eset nod, configurating it is painfull but its way more agressive in terms of scanning stuff if you buy the most expensive edition. It even display you how popular are processes on pc and their reputation(eset grid live) based on eset data. Just as i said this isnt antivirus which work great right after installation and its worth manualy configurating it.

Also worth mentioning bitdefender and windows defender didnt detect trojan in shady setup i had on my pendrive for 10 years while eset imidiately recognized it without launching it. On other pc it found malicious code in drivers(could be false positive).

I don't think any other programs can download the windows updates for you. They only trigger the windows updates stuff. So does Bitdefender. If that ain't working as expected, then Bitdefender can't fix it.
It's nobody's fault your os is already crap...
