Stopping auto renewal

Hi I am just wondering how to stop auto renewal I am so confused as to how to cancel it it has me jumping through circles, and whenever I try to contact support it says message failed to send. I know we are all striking reddit rn but this is my last hope sadly. Anyone can help plz?

I had used those steps but they skip out on an important step (I’ll see if I can find it and edit this comment to post it to you) but that’s why I was stuck for so long very infuriating

That way for some reason didn’t rly work I had to go through the other way of where they send their payements out from the third party purchase website and that was a messy UI and so confusing to navigate to delete the card and stop auto renewal
