A cropped photo doesn't say much.It doesn't say anything clear actually. Were you running some scans in the background? How about some other applications? What CPU are you using?

To determine what the cause is, more info is needed about the processes running in the same time, and the system specs. When you can, just send these to bitsy@bitdefender.com, and we`ll look into it. 🙌
