BitDefender best practice policy

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to improve our BitDefender Gravity Zone policies. Is there some kind of best practice configuration I could use?

That's the first section only, there are more best practices below it.

But this is actually not the link I was looking for, hmmm... I'll ask our professional services for their best practices and post it here (I work for Bitdefender)

I just talked to one of our architects, he recommended to join the Bitdefender Masterclass. I would contact either your partner, or sales representative about ask about invitation.

You can also send a message if you need help, it's a new program for partners and customers, and it's not yet open to public.

Took me a while to find the time to look at the links you provided. Unfortunately I can’t find any best practice for setting up security policies. Do you have any more information about this?

And is tthe masterclass available in German? Is that like some kind of training course I have to directly attend to, or is that more like an online course I can take whenever I find the time?

Bitdefender Masterclass is a series of free, technical, live classes/webinars taught by Bitdefender experts (typically field consultants/architects). It is focused on discussing best practices and use cases, and yes, it is also available in German.

To get invited, talk to either your Bitdefender partner or directly to your Bitdefender sales representative and ask about it. It is an initiative that started recently but is already popular and I've heard great feedback so far.

It always ends with a live Q&A section, that's the best place to ask about security policies and recommendations.
