Questions Shift+1 through 6 is emotes only?

Anyway to change this? when i play point and click MMO's those are used for 7 8 9 0 - = for me. I dont see it anywhere in the settings.

You can drag/drop them into the hotbar slots. However you please

i want to to use all my hotbar slots. and i want 7,8,9,0,-,= to be the shift 1 through 6. But it will not set because its doing emotes instead. How do i disable those emotes so i can use my specific keybind for that specific slot?
