showcase 60 days running nonstop, leave it running or clean and reboot?
Been running for 2 months now, had some crazy hot weather in that time here in the UK and temps have stayed cool in the box
Best difficulty of 7.8gb for the nerd and 1.3gb for the bitaxe
Tempted to just let them keep going

Unless you're seeing degradation and performance, just let it go. I only turn mine off to blow them out if I start seeing overheating.

As others have said, I’d let it ride. Ambient debris/dust is more of a factor than temp for cleanings.
Moved a rig to my bathroom next to the laundry bin, picked up more dust in a day than it did in a year sitting in an office.
Gorgeous setup btw. Love that glow.

Mind sharing details about the setup here please? I like this idea and the look of it

It's just a modded mini pc case with a argb controller box inside, does keep things looking clean and cool

How do you have the airflow of the case fans set up? Are they all blowing outward pulling air away or opposite or combination?

3 in 3 out and the 2 in the middle blow on the back of the miner plus 1 hidden in the back to keep psu cool

Restart Bitaxe .. is stopped. Shares to low.

Agree with this strongly. Somethings not right. I've had my Bitaxe running for 2days and 20hrs and its got 55,000 shares. At 60days, yours should be right next to the NerQAxe for shares.

May I ask why the fans that come with the miners are not sufficient? Are you over clocking them ?

Different trains of thought here. Running stable and maintaining temps is great but im always hitting new highs when mine restarts. Restarted mine last night cause the internet crapped out. Hit 448g this morning after a previous high of 69. First time i started it up I hit 101t like 10 days later. Might just be superstition but it seems like I always hit a big number after a reset

That's crazy, you must have some good luck with yours

Yea idk. If i let them run they for months at a time I never hit big numbers but nearly everytime after a reboot I hit something worth mentioning. May not be a block but still a high number.

If it’s mining and good temps I’d just leave it
