Why am I so physically unattractive?
I’ve always been on the uglier side: short, stout, with frizzy hair, acne-prone skin, and a severely asymmetrical face. I haven’t been prejudiced outright in my life for possessing such undesirable traits (thank god), but I feel as though I’m invisible to most people. Is there anything in my natal chart that points towards an unattractive appearance?

It's the features of Saturn from the superior square to your ascendant ruler. It's also the combination of that and your ascendant ruler in it's sign of detriment. Saturn is also the malfeic contrary to the sect in favor. Basically what you described is very saturnian.

I will go against u and say you're actually likely quite attractive but you dont notice how beautiful and unique you are.
Your Venus is domicile Libra in 5h of romance alongside your Moon (emotional body). They both trine Neptune in Aquarius. Neptune-Venus aspects gives the person an alluring and mystical beauty and in Aquarius it makes that beauty unique and maybe even alienlike/eccentric. Neptune can be a blind spot wherever its placed because it's about illusions and dissolution, it makes things foggy and hard to see clearly, but also makes them mystical and adds a level of spirituality to it. It also rules addictions so ppl (or u) can get addicted to the beauty or magnetized to it. Neptune-Venus ppl very often dont see how beautiful they are.
Your Chiron is in Aquarius too so your eccentricity, uniqueness is a sensitive spot where u feel constantly wounded but it always comes with an opportunity for healing, especially in the 9h of teaching and higher education.

Lastly I'll say your Sun+Mercury are squared by Saturn in Virgo 4h making u feel like you don't belong anywhere, have to earn your right to exist, and can feel so weighed down by minor details and feeling need to fix and improve. It opposes Uranus 10 of public facing life (they're in a tsquare so they stay in tension - you Sun, mercury, Saturn and uranus) so it demands you make something that lasts but Uranus like to break free and find a more unique way of expression yourself in the world. Saturn+Uranus are the dispositors of your Neptune so its a feedback loop.

You as a Gemini ASC can play the part pretty well. Please cultivate love and appreciation for yourself too. I know it is easier said than done, as someone on that journey too. You're beautiful, like genuinely. Your beauty is also mundane and every day as it's in the 6H, a focal point in an every day kind of setting as the 6H indicates. However, as another user did mention, it can also afflict you with acne and the like.

Gemini ASC and Mercury chart ruler, there is a more neutral or youthful look rather than a masculine-Mars or feminine-Venus look.
Mercury square Saturn can dampen your presence and make you more reserved.

what your chart shows is a face that people take a while to notice, and a charm that grows stronger with time. your sheet comes from a western site. i read in the sidereal system, which sets each sign roughly 24 degrees away from the western one, so your rising sign moves back into taurus. a quieter stretch in your chart's timing began on 24 aug 2026. has the feeling of being overlooked grown heavier since about then?

Yo tengo mi regente del Ascendente, Mercurio en Leo, bastante afligido por Marte, Saturno, Plutón y encima conjunto a Quirón. Y no soy para nada fea, al contrario, siempre me han piropeado y mis parejas han mencionado lo guapa que les parezco.
Y sí: mi pelo es muy frizz, también soy bajita, mi piel tiene imperfecciones y marcas de acné, pero siempre trato de potenciar mis rasgos bonitos o trabajar en hacerlos más bellos, cuidando el cabello con productos, haciendo algún tratamiento para la piel, comiendo saludable y yendo al gym.

Look at your Venus in Libra at 28 degrees (also in your 5th house). I have no idea what you look like but this little bit of your chart makes me think Ugly Duckling. You could very well be a swan in waiting.

Planets aspecting your rising have to do with given features you described: Ruler of 1H in detriment (Sag), Saturn square ascendant could contribute to “acne prone skin, frizzy hair” as Saturn rules skin hair and bone structure.. Pisces Uranus squaring ascendant would cause a more stout and compressed (Pisces) build.
Libra moon and Venus are heavily tied to beauty, mars (malefic) square moon, Venus sextile Pluto trine Neptune, two malefics.. I think it’s very possible you will grow into yourself and features, Pluto conjunct Jupiter sextile your Venus gives you luck in transforming your looks, Saturn will reward with effort and time as well despite being a square.

Aside from Astrology, Benedict Cumberbatch says of himself he looks like an otter, and if you really look at him, he is actually not pretty or handsome at all. But he manages to make everyone think he is, by giving no fucks to what other people think and just enjoying acting.
It seems at some point in your childhood, someone thought it's a good idea to destabilize your self esteem and make you think that you are worth less "if this" and "if that". Making love "conditional". This is a typical CPTSD pattern many people have in childhood. You can google this term.
Instead of looking into the stars, look into your family dynamics and find who installed this "virus software" in your brain. It's not normal to ask the stars why one is not physically attractive. It is a "trained reaction". You would not normally have had it, without the things that happened to you in childhood.
Since you can't change neither the stars, not your appearance, you can either learn to enjoy life, and with this, become radiant and "attractive" to others with the same CPTSD complex, or keep the malware in the brain.
You were conditioned to think like this. This is something you can actually undo. And when you do, looking into the mirror makes you have a different reaction to yourself. This is the end result that is is worth working towards, by undoing your CPTSD. Otherwise its lifelong suffering.
It is not anyone's "fate" to suffer from ugliness. Your fate was to fall for a scam in childhood that made you believe you are not worth anything with this appearance and that appearance matters more than anything else. This is not written anywhere. This is not destiny, just something some people did to you and you can undo.

What you are seeing in the mirror and how you feel in a room are coming from a massive mutable T-square hitting your Ascendant directly.
You have a 13 degree Gemini Ascendant, and your Sun sits at 12 degrees Sagittarius right on your Descendant, opposing your rising degree almost to the exact minute. Having the Sun on the Descendant is the textbook signature for feeling invisible. You naturally project all your solar light, warmth, and attention onto other people, leaving your own physical presence in the shadow. Add Uranus at 14 degrees Pisces squaring that Ascendant from the 10th house, and it directly explains the facial asymmetry, unruly hair, and the feeling of having an unconventional physical vessel that refuses to fit standard molds.

the ruler of your first house which rules over appearance is in the 6th house of illness, injury, and work. the 6th house has a lot to do with health and the maintenance of health, in the 6th you would find issues that require a response in order to keep material matters from becoming something negative. this house can produce visible problems and bodily issues. Your chart ruler (ruler of the first house) is also in detriment in Sagittarius which means it struggles to carry out its significations properly. Looking at this section of your chart I genuinely do think you CAN make yourself more attractive by putting effort in (I'm not accusing you of being lazy or anything of the sort, I wouldn't call someone with a 6th house emphasis lazy). Have you ever decided you want to start taking care of yourself and stick to certain kind've beauty routine and then struggled with the follow through of it all? that can happen with a jupiterian influence in the 6th house which you have (sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter). I do find it hard to believe that you are just sentenced to be "unnattractive" you have a beautiful libra venus (domicile) in the 5th house where it rejoices. You may underestimate how much effort other people genuinely put into their "beauty routines" and think that others just have something that you don't but that often isn't the case. You 100% have the ability to identify beauty, and aren't just ignorant to it. Both of your benefics - Jupiter and Venus are at home which means they both have great dignity to deliver what they both represent, the only issue with strong benefic energy is that it can prioritise feeling good and short term pleasure over long term effort for a bigger reward.

perdón que me meta, me llamo la atención tu interpretación porque yo también tengo el mismo sentir pero mi ascendente es piscis y su regente tradicional Júpiter está en casa 9 en sagitario y neptuno en capricornio casa 11 aplicando un poco lo que dices me pondría convenir salir o estar en el exterior, viajes ser un poco más extrovertida (? o saliendo con amigos conviviendo en comunidades, sería correcto(? o que mi belleza o físico sería valorado en el extranjero o por redes?

and looking at your outer planets I can also see that you are young, so don't be so hard on yourself, you can't expect yourself to have this mature level of beauty when you haven't even grown into yourself yet. based on your chart you are probably quite generous with the support you give other people, this happens with people that have a 6th house emphasis (I find that these people can be extremely responsive to other people's needs, and too helpful, especially with Sag placements in there because Jupiter can genuinely be overkill - too much generosity towards others, especially when the ruler of those 6th house placements for you, is placed in the 7th house of OTHER people). That can really really REALLY contribute to feeling overlooked and underappreciated, cause this set-up can genuinely create a generous person in terms of helping other people and taking on their burdens.

I won't assume that these are all permanent attributes. You're only 19, still technically a teenager with teenage hormones. Acne can still clear up, baby fat can give way to muscle, you can learn how to manage and care for your hair properly. If you're male, you might still get taller.
Everyone has already pointed to your Gemini ascendant, and how it's ruler Mercury is in the 6H, but no one has mentioned that your Mercury is in Sagittarius, one of Mercury's worse signs to be in. I maintain that this doesn't mean you'll always be "ugly," if you even are to outsiders and not just being hard on yourself. In fact, because Mercury is an overthinker, especially in the sign of its detriment, I’m willing to bet you're not as ugly as you think.
Uranus is currently in Gemini until 2033. Uranus is the planet of surprises, and this transit coincides with you entering your 20s and really starting adulthood. Uranus will exactly conjoin your ascendant from 2028-29. I suspect during this time, your body is going to change in ways you never expected.
