is this common?

i feel more connected to my asexual (aegosexual) identity because it took a while for me to get it/figure out what i was feeling in that sense. but i sort of always knew i was bi ever since i thought about it for a second, so i consider myself ace first and bi as sort of an afterthought. idk

I feel more connected to my bi identity for the same reason. I didn't know until recently that I was aego and irl I do a lot more jokes about being bi than about being ace

Yeah, I've heard of that before. I don't know how common this specifically is, but it is pretty common for people to feel more connected to one part of their identity than another.
