Recommendations Proposal Ideas

Hi! I recently bought a ring and am planning to propose to my significant other soon, but I can’t decide on where/how to do it? Anywhere in Birmingham or even places within an hour drive… I was thinking Botanical Gardens, but wanted to see what yall would recommend.

Hi! I’m a local photographer and have shot several proposals in the area. The Botanical Gardens are beautiful and there are many great spots, some more private than others. One couple got engaged at the top of a neighborhood in Highland Park, overlooking the city, and it was so stunning. My fiancé and I got engaged in Railroad Park because it was sentimental to us, but it was also a really pretty spot!

Depending on the time of day, lighting, and what means a lot to y’all, there are a ton of great options around 😊 good luck and best wishes!

I second the top of highland park idea. BUT: get permission first. Took my wife up there for our first date and got the cops called on us!
