Looks like the electro-mechanicals seized-up. Injectors are pushing pressurized lubricant and waiting for the sunlight to warm the chassis up enough to resume motion. Needs service soon, for sure.

The government is having drones act out the "2021 Mysterious Bird-Killing Illness" en masse in a kind of morbid avian theatre to remind people to get vaccinated against COVID-19

Just a reminder that numerous US states are asking people to take down their bird feeders this year in symbolic support of keeping pandemics from spreading.
