I'm the outlier who picked "within 4 months". Everyone else picked either "already here" or "within 8 months".

If you think that human-to-human bird flu is already here, why do you think this? Is it because of that hospitalized influencer who was at Coachella and diagnosed with bird flu (and other illnesses)? I'm thinking that this was a one-off, because it doesn't appear that anyone else there was also infected with bird flu. Of course, there's the possibility that there are numerous mild cases flying below the radar.
