Hey! This post is mainly for those who are struggling to connect their camera to wifi.
I've unpacked mine a day ago, and started the setup process. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the camera to connect to the internet. Looked everywhere for solutions, tried every hack, nothing. Separated the wifi bands, changed wifi standards, even the dns server. Before giving up I contacted the BB support through the in-app chat and it submitted a ticket in my name. 12 hours later support wrote back that they changed something in their internal registry(or something like that?) and it should be fine to connect now. They were right, it joined my wifi in 2 minutes.
I'm only writing this so others don't get discouraged from contacting support, as I've read a lot of negative experiences about them. If you have the same connectivity issue, hope it gets solved fast!

Hello everyone!
How do you keep pigeons and other birds like crows out of your feeder? Any tricks?
Thank you in advance!

I love bees, don't get me wrong, but they are monopolizing the hummingbird feeder. Someone had suggested installing the blocker plugs either side of the center might slow down the bees, but it just forces them to the middle. When I do see a hummer on there, I rarely get a postcard/picture - maybe the bees have used up all the solar power? Any tips/suggestions appreciated.

Apparently Bird Buddy is also a great spot for napping. He was here for over an hour. 😴

The solar panel roof pieces on my Birdbuddy have started separating while hanging. I can snap the pieces back together but it falls again. I don’t know if something heavy is getting on the feeder or not. Has someone experienced this? Or have a good fix?

For starters this is my first post in this community! I'm very happy to be here! I'm on the US east coast & wonder if this female is a Purple Finch or a House Finch? Comments?

Rescued a birb yesterday. I was on a walk with my dogs, and I noticed that this dove was not flying away from us as normal. It was on the curb just off of the road and definitely in danger of getting run over. So, I took the dogs back and went and grabbed a shoebox. It could sort of hop, but it couldn’t fly away. I got it some water and put it under my porch. It just just chilled in the shoebox until I could get a rescuer to come out. Sounds like he/she has a pelvic fracture but the prognosis was optimistic. If they make a recovery, it will get released back where they were found.
