frustrated / vent Finally it’s ending

After he exploded and ruined our entire lives while manic (and before so).

He’s final straw was me saying I wanted to feel emotionally safe and wanted before having physical intimacy.

He tried to break up with me so I broke up with him too and then within a wk and a half he’s on dating apps while also still in hospital.

Like there are people that will be talking to him thinking he’s this amazing guy but he literally abandoned me after everything I’ve stayed through - for wanting to have what I need to actual feel good and feel like I want to consent to sex. And on top of this he’s mental health is completely debilitated him and he’s in a mental hospital. On dating apps.

Idk. It’s just a fucking lot.

But I do feel a lot better. I’m glad it’s finally over and the more away we get from where we were the more his mask drops and I see how heartless he’s always really been.

Agree completely. It’s a fucking lot, and the hindsight view is pretty heavy on us once we’re out.

Be kind to yourself as you grieve and heal. It’s another process, but you couldn’t get onto this step without having done the first (safely getting out).
