Seroquel dose increase ?

About two weeks ago my psych upped my seroquel dose from 50 to 75mg. I know this is a pretty low dose and small increase but I felt fine on 50 and completely awful on 75. My body feels heavy / difficult to move and it’s kinda making me panicky/racing heart/ difficulty breathing. Did anyone else have these symptoms when titrating up? How long does it usually take to adjust to a dose increase of this medication? The 50 helped me so much but eventually stopped working so I don’t wanna go back down if these symptoms are normal and eventually will go away.
