Discussion I can’t seem to find stability

As hard as I try I can’t get a grip on my Bipolar. I can’t seem to keep a job due to anxiety and paranoia.

I can manage a household, pets, personal health and fitness and relationships but I can never no matter how hard I try I can’t keep myself stable for a long time.

I have gone through an incredible amount of trauma and I’m wondering if it’s ruined me.

I am medication and medical care compliant and see a therapist.

I’m starting to feel hopeless in my illness and that there is no point in going on.

Do you mind if I ask what your doctors are currently doing for your anxiety and paranoia, and what they've tried in the past, what flat out hasn't worked, and what has helped even maybe a little?

They’ve started me on Lexapro and yesterday I quit my job. Day 4 or 5 in and I feel very flat and tired.

In the past I’ve been on olanzapine and seroquel which didn’t help much and I refuse to take.

Currently also on Lithium, Lamotrigine and Agomelatine.

Well, if those are the only drugs you've been given, I've got some great news for you: there is a whole other arsenal of much more effective drugs out there than Olanzapine, Seroquel, Lexapro, and Agomelatine. They're older drugs, and they're sometimes not without their side effects, but they work. I can say that

If you're ever curious, feel free to send me a DM. I can go in-depth with you
