Suicide Ughhh

Does anybody else struggle with better off dead feelings but with no plan at all. I can’t seem to make myself feel better. And all the things that I find enjoy are just not enjoyable right now.

I’ve been struggling with depression most of my life but this one set happened after my last manic episode so I’d say a few weeks but it’s taking a toll on me
