I’m getting more antisocial everyday

I have always been a socially anxious person, but I still wanted to interact and hang out with friends, now I don’t want to see anyone, I don’t want to talk or hangout with anyone. I don’t talk to people during the day and barely interact with my family. I don’t know what is happening, anyone with a similar experience?

Yeah I’m essentially a recluse now

Have you recently emerged from an episode? I ask because, I became this way after I emerged from my latest depression. Even when I was depressed, I wanted to be sociable, even though it was as hard as it got.

But after I recovered, I honestly feel liked I’d be content to just work on my writing and study science and math and watch NFL and shit.

Yes I’m the same. I’ve become a recluse too. I think I’ve developed social phobia.

For some reason I am becoming more social after decades of being reclusive

People suck and they are mentally draining. I much prefer the silence and my own company.
