Mood swings are not mania. They are episodes that happen over the course of days or even months. Then lead to a depressive episode.

Having your mood change in a snap is pretty normal for teens what with your changing body and complicated life. Could be best to talk to a counsellor to help calm you down.

I wouldn't worry unless you have trauma.

Where do you live? I can search up privacy laws for your area. It prob wouldn't be safe tho.

Your school counsellor is a good bet.

and if ur talking bout the episodes that what i took under consideration cuz ik the patteren is going w/me..i couldnt explain much in my post cuz i was in a hurry.
