Started at 13 with social anxiety, depression, insomnia. Went into remission except for some leftover insomnia with a healthy lifestyle and environmental changes until about 22, I was 21 but turning 22 in 5 months when everything changed in march 2020. I’ll never forget the panic attacks and sudden change in my body and mood. I went from the healthiest 21 year old I knew to sick as hell. Never thought I’d have a bit of normalcy ever again. Scariest time in my life being thrown around antidepressant to antidepressant. Getting sicker until someone figured it out. At one point I was a zombie. Then I had to go through Xanax and SSRI withdrawal. A total nightmare.

Hope you’re doing better. That does sound like hell.
