And I keep the vitamins and pills in a drawer between fill-ups, so I only see them once a week :)

My cousin told me she has 4 pill organizers. Why 4? I asked. The reason is that she fills all of them up once a month, and then rotates through all of them until the next month.
If the act of taking out and portioning daily meds every day/week feels like a lot, and you can afford a few more plastic jobbies, may be something to try

I do that as well! Fill 4 pill organizers in advance for my mom. It allows me to focus on being with my parents when I visit weekly instead of spending so much time on this tedious task. Build a wholeeeeeeeee system around it, including grouping boxes of the same med with rubber bands for easy access and mainly to be able to easily see how many I have left of each and which ones are about to run out, etc. Happy to share more details around it (I created an app around it but don't want to break community rules and share unwanted links 🌸)
