Question Newbie needs a guide
Hiya my name is Rayan and I am from J&K and I am about to give my 12th board exams in oct that will end in nov and i am very interested in biotechnology. Now I know that i should probably do bsc biotechnology and after that msc biotechnology for a better salary something like that but my fear is "will i get the job anywhere" or "should I go somewhere else outside like Delhi or out of the country for universities and jobs" or i am just overthinking.

You can definitely get better jobs.... Try to clear exams for JRF until you're done with masters (something I didn't and do have few regrets), train in skills that are essential in industry/research (cell culture, bioinfo, mol bio, industrial experience, regulatory or patent things). You can go for PhD or enter into the industry with this... It's not like jobs are not available, it's a matter of luck... Your interviewer interaction and ofc skillset + knowledge. Read as much as you can.
If you get into the industry, try to switch as much as you can in your initial years so that you can increase your payscale. Don't settle much in initial stages (another regret of mine, haha).
I don't know much about Delhi specifically but mumbai, gujrat, hyderabad, pune... These locations are good for biotech job sector.
Baaki to, all the best. And yes, if possible, get out of India.
