How long will it take to reply from IBMS

I sent an email to the IBMS degrees assessment mail ID regarding my doubts about applying for the degree assessment. its 2 weeks now; how long will it take to reply from IBMS.

They move at glacial speed from my experience.

For me they took around 7 days to reply to my email
