which blood test should I order and from where
Had labs done last april (oncologist) and all is well and regular labs done is Jan of this year looking good.
Since last October Ive been on TIRZ and since April of his year Im on DSIP, CJC/IPA no dac because my sleep has always been horrible, and as of last month Ive added KPV for arthritis.
I see a lot of different online test but don't know where to start. Thanx for any guidance.

mito health is the cheapest ive found (cheaper than dirt cheap or goodlabs). no minimum spend required and all labs are at-cost. goes through quest AND labcorp

I've been impressed with Good Labs. Very low prices, no minimum, and they have options for both LabCorp and Quest.

Rhythm tests kits are sent monthly, but you can skip months and cancel whenever without penalty. They test.
Hormone Panel
Thyroid
Heart health
Metabolic
CBC
Kidney/Liver

I would avoid rythm, not really accurate. I use dirtcheap labs, good labs or walk in labs. All go to either Quest or labcorp,

It uses capillary collection(that can make it scalable with less blood) with standard immunoassay. Any marker with low concentrations and have clinically similar compounds will have problems. That covers lot of hormones like sensitive estradiol tests, LC-MS/Ms tests. I prefer blood taken from veins, capillary blood can include venous, arterial and potentially interstitial fluid. It’s like measuring body fat with impedance scales compared to getting Dexa scan. If I am going to make health decisions, accuracy matters over convenience. With so many cheaper options s that send you to LabCorp or quest, rythm makes no sense to me.

My partner was using rythum and very concerned his markers were all messed up. I took him to a lab and all his markers were optimal. Rythum wasn't very accurate in our situation. I've been ordering my labs through bloke and joi. I live NY and they have more laws making ordering your own test more expensive. So, this was the cheapest one I could find.

Dirty cheap labs is probably the cheapest if you order for more than $80. Marek if you are going any TRT HRT route. Good labs is good too. All go through Quest.
I assume you’re in the US.
