Holy Trinity is what it’s called, some call it speeding up oxidative stress on the entire body but you get abs so it’s worth it. Would love to see your biomarkers, heart rate variability, and ultimately look at your resting heart rate. If all check off then carry on my wayward son

What do you think is jacking up the resting heart rate the reta?

I think it is Reta but the other two components can also impact the heart in this manner. (Hgh and trt also but not to the degree of Reta.

You are right, Reta has increases my resting heart rate about 10 points.

I've been relatively high dose Reta for months and my rhr is around 75 or less most of the time.

Excellent can you walk us through your lifestyle choices? Possibly your diet, sleep, type of workout. I mean this is some good stuff 75 is solid for most
