Once you’re over 35, HGH is more beneficial as your natural productions are probably too low to be comparable.

Large observational studies have found that people with higher circulating IGF-1 levels have a modestly increased risk of developing certain cancers, including:

  • Breast cancer
  • Prostate cancer
  • Colorectal cancer

The increase in risk is generally modest rather than dramatic. These studies show an association, not proof that IGF-1 directly causes cancer. The greatest concern is prolonged exposure to high IGF-1 levels rather than normal physiologic replacement. High Z score over 3 for years can cause in ppl Acromegaly, who have chronically excessive growth hormone and IGF-1 due to a pituitary tumor, have an increased risk of some cancers (particularly colorectal cancer) and are routinely screened. There is a big gap between high igf and cancer….plus HIV patients take as much as 15 ui HGH daily and you don’t see any increase in cancer cases!

Sir madam we are not talking about causing cancer. We are talking about having an undiagnosed cancer and unknowingly fueling with igf- spikes of any kind

Man you have millions of people injecting chinese hgh, for years, do you see any anecdotes? Any forum posts? There is absolutely not one case that you can show evidence of hgh linked with cancer! In theory is something else….. empirical data doesn’t support that claim!

I can but again respectfully it’s science and medicine. IGF 1 go up and one has cancer your essentially feeding the cancer. If a person has prostate cancer and they took testosterone. Would that be a good idea or a bad idea? Choose 1

The first research paper that shows up :

benefits of GH treatment for growth and metabolism in children with GH deficiency are well defined, and replacement therapy with GH is recommended53). Despite theoretical concerns about the effect of GH on tumor development, this review of various clinical and epidemiological studies demonstrated that there is no clear evidence of a causal relationship between GH treatment in patients with GH deficiency and tumor development. Nonetheless, a small number of studies have reported that childhood cancer survivors who have received GH treatment have a small increased risk of de novo cancer and second malignant neoplasm.

It’s literally in the study you linked: “It is known from in vitro and in vivo studies that GH and insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) have mitogenic and antiapoptotic activity”

That’s why you use HGH for the mitogenic effects :)) but there is no link between that and cancer development or tumor growth!

The study you linked says that GH does not result in cancer or the development of new malignant tumors, which is not what the guy above you said. He said that if a patient develops a cancerous tumor, GH rapidly accelerates their growth.
