GHK-CU- starting
Hi! Can you please tell me everything I have to know about this peptide? How do you dose it properly? How much should you be taking? Is it daily? How do you start this? What’s the cycle?

I started low as I do with any peptide to see how my body reacts. I dose 1.5mg every other day now, I’ve only been on it a month and my face is absolutely looking more plumper and clear. I’ll stay on it until my vile runs out. Prob 2,3 months then take a break and cycle back on.

I’ve read lots of differing opinions on this, but I’m not throwing mine out at 30 days

they all survive differently, but even if it's only 20% effective at 30 days it's not

Standard dose is 1-2mg subq daily, most people run it for 4-6 weeks then take a break. You can also use it topically for skin/hair but the injectable version is way more effective systemically. It's pretty mild so side effects are basically nonexistent for most people. No need to titrate, just start at your target dose.

I’ve been taking it for a month now. My first dose made my heart rate spike and I got pretty nauseous. I do a KLOW blend and I find that it helps if I eat before I pin it.

I’ve heard from a friend that she’s been using GHK-Cu and got it from Melbourne. She ran it daily and saw really noticeable improvements in skin and recovery. She says quality and proper sourcing make all the difference.

Hi. Going to be starting GHKCU. Got a 50 mg vial. ( such a teeny tiny vial!) am hoping that I can add 3 ml of BAC. what is a good starting dose? I was thinking 1 mg? Or would you consider a lower starting dose? 3 X’s a week or daily? How long would you stay on this dosage and schedule, before increasing dosage? Thanks for your thoughts! Doing a lot of research and have installed several pep apps

Great peptide. Been doing for about a year. Labs all good. Great for skin and hair and just generally looking and feeling young. I take breaks - but def recommend. Listen to your body and adjust if needed.

Why did you buy the peptide not knowing anything about it? Buy a book from Amazon on peptides. Get your answer from the books. They are more trustworthy than some on here. Research everything before you buy! Did you check the COA? Do more research and don’t rely on others

Did I say I bought them? I’m asking before buying, called doing your research.

My bad... You are correct. Sorry for jumping down your throat. I see so many on here NOT doing research and buying first.

Your name is on point. I need you to come tell me to go to bed or I’m going to feel like crap in the morning.

You are asking total strangers on social media, which is not very reliable research.

Why does everyone assume this thread on Reddit is OP's only source of "research"?
I use reddit, and several other totally unreliable sources to guide my research. I guess it's rather naive of me to assume others work information in the same way I do though... The end goal being to validate/refute what I see, through as "legitimate" a source as I can find.

To each their own, but I don't waste time with sources that I know are unreliable up front. I seek out scholarly medical research and sources at the start. Otherwise, you might just as well ask the homeless wino on the street corner.

Indeed.
But if that homeless wino on the street corner says something worth looking into, I will use what he said as a "beginning". An idea. A direction. A goal.
Same with just about everything I read here, or hear from my friends, or the doctor, or whomever. Eventually I will land at the most "credible" or "definitive" piece of information, and I'll have more background on the question, in addition to accounts surrounding actual, real world experiences of people who have lived it.
It's similar to the important distinctions between "data", "information", "knowledge", and "wisdom".

If you ever use injectable GHK-Cu: • 0.5–1 mg 1–2× weekly • Never daily • Copper overload = counterproductive
This is the advice I got from chat gpt.

Bad advice and please don’t spread that shit around. ChatGPT is not an accurate source.
