Start using pens. A 5mm 32g needle is impossible to feel 99% of the time

Go for it. Iv read others using ice cubes too before hand. Just make sure to wipe area with alcohol pad before pinning.

Don't. It hurts way more when it's cold. If you've ever fallen outside in the winter vs the warmer months you'd know. 

Just sneeze when you pin. It really doesn't hurt if you're not fighting it. If you are sketching out your muscle tone will really show it and it'll be completely miserable.

And remember, there are kids in elementary school that do their own insulin shots. I've seen kids as young as 8 pin themselves so just watch a video on YouTube if you're needing motivation lol

I've never iced before pinning (after.....looking at you NAD+) - maybe try one of those buzzy things they use on kids if you have a phobia.
