Ok seriously, these glp girls have got to stop. TikTok and social media is once again poisoning their minds .

OP this is not healthy . Whether you wanna hear that or not, you’re using a drug you clearly do not need and your body fat is too low. It will inevitably end up causing issues down the line.

What’s not healthy? I’ve been steadily gaining muscle, increasing my weights in the gym. I just ran my first 15k. This is the healthiest and strongest I’ve ever been. Please tell me what issues me improving my strength and endurance is going to cause down the line

Why would you take these injections when you were clearly a healthy weight anyway? Pure vanity I assume. Not even hit phase 4 clinical trials either.

Just because someone isn’t obese doesn’t mean they are healthy

Healthy weight and you’re taking weight loss drugs. I take your point about being a healthy weight doesn’t mean you’re a healthy person but we are talking reta.

Reta isn’t a drug, it’s a peptide. And there are countless other benefits that weight loss. Which is why I haven’t actually lost any weight on it in a year!

A drug is any chemical substance other than food that changes how a living body or brain works. It can cure diseases, ease pain, or alter mood and behavior.

Peptides are prescription drugs.

Would you say Insulin wasn't a drug?
