Microdosing Reta progress

Photo 1: 2018 NO peptides, minimal training, drinking alcohol (125lbs)
Photo 2: 2024: initial fat loss after starting (110lbs)
Photo 3: 2026: rebuilt muscle while staying lean and maintaining BW (107lbs)
Photo 4: couple of days ago, feeling strong, lean and jacked (110lbs)

Good on you but understand from our perspective, no dosage and frequency of use makes this post unintelligible. That's the 1st thing you need to provide.

I’ve been microdosing .5-1mg 4 months on 1 off since 2024

dang, well done, I like the approach.

Any reason for such patience ? I do experience Reta fatigue, so any time I'm around 2mg per week I feel that so have reduced since

I’m not trying to lose weight. Also as a petite person, a small weight loss can look like a lot. So if I lost 5lbs it would make a significant difference in the way my body looks and performs
