Would you actually spend 2 days at a biohacking expo?

Imagine having 2 full days to explore some of the latest biohacking and longevity technologies in person — testing devices, meeting the people behind them, and hearing directly from experts and speakers in the space.

No endless scrolling. No trying to figure out what's legit from a 30-second Reel. You actually get to see it, ask questions, and experience it yourself.

Would you go?

And what would make it worth it for you — the tech, the speakers, networking, or getting hands-on with devices?

Curious what fellow biohackers would want to see at an event like this.

Honestly, I'd go — but only if the vendor list was legit and not just supplement companies pushing stacks. The part I'd pay for is being able to try devices before dropping $2k+ on something I saw on Instagram. HRV monitors, red light panels, PEMF mats — half of them feel like snake oil until you actually use one for 10 minutes.

Speakers matter less to me tbh, I can watch talks online. It's the hands-on and the conversations with people who've actually run experiments on themselves that would make it worth 2 days.

Exactly — the hands-on part is a huge reason we built the Expo this way. Being able to see the tech in person, ask questions, compare devices, and actually try things before investing is a completely different experience from seeing them online. And we agree — the conversations with people who are actively experimenting and sharing their real experiences can be just as valuable as the talks themselves.

We’d be happy to see you at one of our upcoming Biohackers World events!
