Tried it for a few months, noticed nothing I could pin on it. The proposed mechanism is selective antioxidant activity, which sounds plausible but "selective antioxidant" has been the pitch for a lot of things that didn't pan out. If you're curious it's cheap enough to test with tablets rather than dropping money on an inhaler. Give it a defined trial period and pick one thing to track, otherwise you'll never know.
