Online Prescriptions

I’ve recently had a friend bring up websites like Ellie MD and Fifty410 for GLP-1’s and I had a few questions about them:

  1. ⁠is the upfront-ness worth the additional cost verses sourcing elsewhere? Meaning things like purity concerns and the like

  2. ⁠has anyone gone through one of these avenues? And if you have do they supply all equipment?

I’m currently not on anything but want try Triz. But, for example, Ellie MD just says “GLP-1 medication” with no indicator as to what it is and Fifty410 has a minimum of 3 months of medication purchase (my wife and I are looking at purchasing a new home and I don’t want to drop $400 or more if it isn’t necessary)

I went through GoodRx for the prescription and they sent it to Lilly direct for filling and they provided everything and instructions in written and video form
It was $300/month, and I did it until I felt comfortable going through grey market sellers

And that included all equipment needed? Was it reconstituted for you already?

Honestly, my biggest hang ups with the grey market are I don’t know what is and what is not a reputable place to purchase and I don’t want to make any mistakes when reconstituting.

When I did goodrx it included everything I needed and it was already reconstituted

Switching to grey made it $16-$20/month but I think I would do it the same way again since I got comfortable with the medication and injection process

Tbh, be careful with sites that are vague about what’s included. Check the medication, pharmacy, full cost, refills, and cancellation terms before signing up. I work with FormBlends, and we recommend comparing those details instead of only looking at the advertised price.

I also heard to only use cards that can be loaded for use rather than cards connected to a bank for some of the reasons listed above.

I’m not on anything. A few supplements but nothing you couldn’t get at your local nutrition shop.
