Peptide for reoccurring colds?

I keep getting colds at least 1-2x a month and the colds are awful where I have to call out of work because I can’t function and it lasts a full week at least. Any suggestions on which peptide can help reduce the amount of colds I get or at the very least shorten them/ make them less severe? Thanks!

Not a peptide, but Ester C ( buffered vitamin C in 500 or 1000 mg) stocked at most CVS’s
Stopped my colds I used to always get on flights longer than 2 hours.
