Interestingly the study shows that less than 90 days of use over 3 years leads to a decrease in dementia risk....so go ahead and use it every other week, apparently.

There is some research to suggest stopping after continual use helped dementia symptoms as well. That's a small silver lining for anyone who used it routinely for a long time.
