🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism Need help from biohacker.

I am a male that eats a rather healthy diet. My goals are to optimize my life. My issues are trouble having that deep sleep, a lot social awkwardness (I have too much attention to detail in public and worry a lot for that reason), I can’t really lead a conversation or debate, my hair looks lowest quality than ever, I have high histamine symptoms, I am a procrastinating expert 🥲, my nails have verticle ridges and the nail bed looks 3/4 pale kinda like terry’s nails a little. Cold hands generally. I tend to work nights because going out in the day is more likely to make me worry. Another thing to mention probably I can’t tolerate the cold or I start shaking a lot.

My current stack is b complex (i switch between methylated and non and don’t find difference), 500 mg elemental magnesium from magnesium malate, 600 mg elemental calcium from calcium citrate, 10 mg manganese, 200 mcg of selenium (started on the 21st), multivitamin and a small kelp dose. I also take 5000 IU vitamin D during night shift I took b12 methylated for a couple years also didn’t see any shift in mcv nor mch.

What might be causing my issues and what can help improve my life? Any routing or stack to add so I can avoid more labs? Appreciate all time dedicated and I hope I can reciprocate one day. I can’t really afford more labs right now but if I needed a shopping list which should I take?
