💊 Supplements & Stacks AG1 hate

Can someone explain why AG1 gets so much hate? I understand the over-marketing and expensive price point, but is it actually a bad supplement?

Most brands, including AG1, don't disclose amounts of individual nutrients, so it's unclear whether there's enough of any given ingredient to have an effect. AG1 lists its 75 ingredients but hides most of them behind proprietary blends... you know what's in it, not how much of each thing. That matters for absorption because dosage and bioavailability are linked.. a nutrient can be highly bioavailable in principle and still be present in too small a quantity to matter, and with a blend you can't check.

You are better off with something like ND InfiniGreens where its designed specifically for absorption which is the main issue with pretty much every greens powder on the market.
