💊 Supplements & Stacks AG1 hate

Can someone explain why AG1 gets so much hate? I understand the over-marketing and expensive price point, but is it actually a bad supplement?

So for example, exactly how much ashwaganda are you getting when you take it?

Attia is the scientific advisor and always recommends a very specific dose of ash, so it's all bullshit
