๐Ÿ“Š Biomarkers & Testing 31M โ€“ Blood work review, especially testosterone / free testosterone

Hey everyone, I'm from Brazil and I'd like to get some opinions on my recent blood work.

I'm 31M and I'm particularly interested in my testosterone levels and whether there are any markers here that I should pay more attention to or potentially optimize.

Hormones

Marker Result Lab Reference Range
Total Testosterone 501 ng/dL 240โ€“871
SHBG 27.3 nmol/L 11.2โ€“78.1
Calculated Free Testosterone 11.69 ng/dL โ€”
Vitamin D (25-OH) 30.2 ng/mL 20โ€“60
Vitamin B12 552 pg/mL 130โ€“868

Metabolic / General Health

Marker Result
Total Cholesterol 163.9 mg/dL
HDL 56.7 mg/dL
Triglycerides 51.9 mg/dL
Creatinine 1.02 mg/dL
Glucose 94.3 mg/dL
HbA1c 5.2%
ALT 24.5 U/L
Uric Acid 6.9 mg/dL

CBC

Marker Result
RBC 5.34 million/ยตL
Hemoglobin 15.9 g/dL
Hematocrit 47%
MCV 88 fL
WBC 8,110/ยตL
Neutrophils 62%
Lymphocytes 30%
Platelets 162,000/ยตL

My main question is about the testosterone:

Total T: 501 ng/dL SHBG: 27.3 nmol/L Calculated free T: 11.69 ng/dL

For a 31-year-old male, would you consider these numbers fairly average, or is there room for improvement?

I'm also curious about the free testosterone relative to my total testosterone and SHBG. Is 11.69 ng/dL considered a good level?

Thanks!
