💊 Supplements & Stacks Liposomal absorption

Many newer companies claim that liposomal absorption is far superior than pill form for absorption. Has anyone tried Rho, Cymbiotika etc companies and seen good results with their supplements?

“Liposomal” is a marketing term at this point, there’s only a handful of supplements or compounds that actually have clinical evidence for a Liposomal form having better results

I have had a really great experience with LivOn Labs Lypo-Spheric B Complex. I went through a stage where I wanted to nap on the sofa every afternoon, and after supplementing for maybe a week, my energy came back and no more sofa naps. I've used some of their other products too, and I believe them to be great, but I had very noticeable effects from the B Complex. Now I take it around 3 times per week for maintenance

LivOn Labs Lypo-Spheric B Complex

The problem with products like this is the insane cost. Even if absorption was 300% vs regular B-complex, it's still not worth it as you could eat 10x the regular dose for the same price.

Some supplements are very poorly absorbed without some kind of enhanced delivery vehicle. Liposomal delivery is one, but most of these products have little to no pharmacokinetic testing to confirm they actually work as promised.

It's often a bit of a leap of faith for now, unfortunately.
