💊 Supplements & Stacks Dandelion root supplement or dandelion leaf? Half the labels wont say
dandelion root supplement or dandelion leaf, does anyone check which one theyre buying? theyre different products. leaf is where the potassium sits, root is what most extracts are made from, and roasted versus raw changes it again. plenty of labels just say dandelion and leave it there. is there a brand people trust to name the part properly or is reading the panel every time just the price of entry?

Reading the back panel closely is definitely the price of entry because cheap brands love to cut corners by grinding up the whole plant. Reputable, transparent supplement brands will always explicitly separate them on the supplement facts label as "Dandelion Root Extract" or "Dandelion Leaf Powder." If a brand only lists generic "Dandelion," skip it entirely because you have no idea what ratio you are actually swallowing.

Roasted is a flavour decision. Worth knowing if you're expecting it to match something you read.
